ADDRESSING THE DONATORS
According to the Personal Income Tax Act taxable persons –
residents allocate up to 0.5% of the personal income tax to specific beneficiaries.
The Martin Devetak Institution – foundation for development of health care in the region of Severna Primorska is indicated on the list of beneficiaries of such donations determined by the Ministry of Finance and it shall be deemed that the requirements for this will also be met in the future.
In respect thereof you are, as the income tax payers, invited to take advantage of this possibility and allocate a part of the personal income tax, as provided by the law, to the Martin Devetak Institution – foundation for development of health care in the region of Severna Primorska.
The unique and noble action of the institution’s founder and its generally useful and clear purpose shall encourage also others: companies, entrepreneurs, banks, insurance companies and other persons of public and private law to donate the monetary assets for the benefit of the institution.

In order to ensure a transparent operation of the institution, the institution’s Management Board will inform the public on the use of funds on the institution’s web page or in another adequate way.
